Workout for Saturday, January 14


Today's workout was The Firm BSS4's Supercharged Sculpting.  The workout is 36 minutes and it has an additional stretch workout which called the 12 Minute Stretch Workout, but it's really about 8 minutes.  The stretch workout is yoga-ish.  As far as the actual workout, I do like it.  It hits everything fairly well, and I love the TransFirmer.

  1. I really like this w/o- accomplishes a lot in a short amount of time :) and I always wondered why it says the stretch is 12 min but its only 8??? lol

  2. Funny! I was doing the stretch, watching the clock, and couldn't figure out what was going on! I wouldn't care, but it's called the "12 Minute Stretch!"
