Workouts for Monday, February 20 - Tuesday, February 21

I'm starting to feel better, but not quite 100%.  I'm continuing with my Leslie Sansone's until I'm ready to do my Firms again.

On Monday I did WATP Express 3 Mile Advanced Walk













On Tuesday I did WAH 3 Mile Weight Loss Walk
